For the whole Family —

There’s so much fun to be had at Leigh Park, with endless opportunities to explore the farm and soak up the ambiance of being outdoors among the gumtrees, enjoy the abundance of native birds and meet the farm animals that occupy the paddocks, awaiting attention from their regular visitors.
Fill your days utilising everything Leigh Park has to offer in terms of hands on activities that are great for the kids and fur babies (that’s right - we are pet friendly!).

Make the most of the wide open spaces and fresh country air with our outdoor activities that include; A Swimming Pool with a heated Spa, floodlit Tennis Court, Aquabikes and Canoes on the dam, bike riding if you want to bring your bikes along, daily animal feeding if you’re keen to get up close and personal with the farm animals, communal BBQ area (perfect as a base if you’re coming along as a big group, occupying multiple cabins. And a great way to get to know other guests!), Campfire facilities (be sure to bring some marshmallows to roast!), Fishing, Yabbying and of course, there’s plenty of land for you to cover on nice long walks.
If you need some time out and would prefer to hang out indoors, there’s nothing stopping you from relaxing back on the couch with a great book or putting a movie on for the kids. We also have a communal recreation room with a large pool table and board games to delve into for indoor options.

For The Adults —

Wake up to the morning sun beaming through the gum trees as a new day on the farm begins, venture outside onto your private deck and sit back with a hot cuppa while the kids go on a walk with Maurie to feed the animals or go exploring around the farm to make the most of all of the fun must-do’s around the property!
If you’re a get up and go type of person, head out for a nice jog or long walk on sunrise - the views over the farmland in our area can be breathtaking and make for some fantastic shots if you’re into photography!

Wind down in the afternoons and enjoy a glass of wine or three whilst sitting out under the trees, or take a few beers over to the Rec Room for a game of pool! At Leigh Park you are encouraged to slow down and go back to the ‘basic lifestyle’ - with fewer distractions and responsibilities, it’s your time to sit back, chill out, listen to the gumtree leaves flickering in the wind, the birds singing and take a big deep breath of fresh, country air. The tranquility really can help you fully relax and switch off.. So much so that it often puts you to sleep for a nice, replenishing afternoon nap! (especially if you opt for those few wines we suggested!).

While there is plenty to do as a whole family (and endless opportunities to wear the kids out!) - don’t forget to take the time to simply kick back, relax and make the most of not having a jam packed itinerary so busy that you never stop hustling. A farm stay at Leigh Park is all about balance, switching off from technology as much as possible, getting active when you feel like it, experiencing new things, reconnecting with your family and enjoying quality time together, and most importantly - replenishing!

Whether you’re after an adventure filled holiday or a relaxing escape from reality, there’s no expectations here! utilise Leigh Park whichever way you see fit. Your private Cottage is your home away from home, there for you to use as you please. You have the opportunity to mingle with your hosts and other guests or keep to yourself in your Cottage.
